Our Mission – Our mission at Routes to Knowledge, Adult Learning facility is to develop the unique abilities and potential of our learners by offering collaborative, supportive literacy classes, courses, and workshops. We strive for excellence through a hands-on approach. Our curriculum is developed to encourage productive, caring, and intellectually curious learners.
Our Core Values – Our culture seeks to encourage diversity in approach and learning. We believe in the multiplicity of learning styles and utilize culture diversity as the guide to reaching our learners. We seek to approach learning as a guide to knowledge, creativity and goal success.
Our Philosophy – At Routes to Knowledge we believe in a learner-centered approach to sharing of knowledge and skills. Adult learning is a culmination of life experience, community needs, and societal guidance. We offer learning in a supportive and thoughtfully prepared environment.
